OIL FIGHT

Consider this the combination of play fight and liquid love, the best of both worlds. With a mix of exercises and more freestyle jam space for sensual wrestling, this session will be dedicated the exploration of power and surrender through games and challenges.

Quality of Touch

What is it that makes for good touch? In this 2h workshop we will use solo, duo and group exercises to explore some of the fundamental dynamics around giving and receiving grounding, connected, stimulating, and really just good touch.
